Every Tuesday 
          
Mini Mites              5:30 - 6:30 PM

Squirts/Pee Wee       6:30 - 7:30 PM

Thursday

Mites/Squirts             5:30 - 6:30 PM

Pee Wee/Bantams      6:30 - 7:30 PM

*Based on age and abilities

Skills will consist of the following:


Skating
Balance, forward, backward, edges, crossing over, pivoting, and stopping and starting.
 
Stick Skills
Proper hand positioning, stick handling, passing, shooting.
 
Positional Play/Hockey Sense
How to position your body to receive passes, defensive zone positioning,
offensive zone positioning, puck awareness, playing with and without the puck.
 
Guest Coaches
 
Cost is $25 per session

Make Time For Your Health

Work up to 60 minutes of physical activity each day. That doesn't mean you'll be on the weight-room floor seven days a week, but strive to get some kind of activity—even if it's a walk with your dog or a leisurely bike ride. Take advantage of great weather when it happens by taking your workouts outdoors. If you're new to fitness, start with two 15-minute sessions or three 10-minute sessions to help you become acclimated.
